This skirt was made from a mix of cottons. Plaid flannel, and a black twill that has strips of all different offcuts of plaid stripes, left to fray and tatter. It has a pocket on the side, and metal rings on the front with removable straps. The whole thing was outer serged and stitched in black  threads, with an elastic waistband (with drawstring) for adjustable comfort. Pretty little details you have to see to appreciate.

Waistband measures apx. 31"-36" (Drawstring can be tied tighter)
Hips: Up to apx. 42"
Length: 11"

Wash cold, dry low.
