"Do you do customs/Commissions?"

No, sorry!

"When do you restock? / Is your shop closed, everything is sold out? / I missed the new stuff :("
New items are added every Sunday at noon central time.

"I don't want to buy your items, but can you give me your patterns?"
No.

"I decided I don't want the item after all, can I cancel?"

Due to the current high demand, any cancellations will incur a $15 cancellation & restock fee. This will also only apply to items that have not shipped yet. There are absolutely no refunds for items already shipped. Please ensure you ask all questions prior to purchase as it is not fair to other buyers, and myself, if you use this as a way to reserve items for yourself.

"I really want a pair of your stockings but I'm never fast enough to get a pair, can I pre-reserve a pair?"
There has been SO much demand for these that the waiting list would actually make it take longer to get a pair than if you just kept checking back at the shop update time. That being said, anyone who wants to pre-reserve CAN do so at a fee of $500 Cdn per pair. This is not for a custom pair, simply to reserve a general style/colour-tone.

 

Returns & Refunds:
I do my best to describe the item accurately, give measurements and information on the item pages, as such I do not offer refunds or returns. Please be sure to ask any questions you have before purchasing.

If an item has been returned to sender there are absolutely no refunds! I ship timely and depend on you to provide the correct shipping information, and to pick up your parcels. If an item is returned to me from the post I am charged the return shipping. In the event that this happens and you still want the item you will be required to pay that return shipping, a $10 fee, as well as the cost of re-shipping. If you have not paid for this re-shipping fee after one week of the return item being picked up here it will be resold. No refunds whatsoever!

For international customers it is highly recommended that you track using a universal tracking service as well. Please watch your tracking numbers and be sure to pick them up in a timely manner so they are not returned to me.

 

International Fees & Taxes:
I am not responsible for any international customs, fees, VAT, taxes, etc. These are beyond my control and are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs forms will show the actual value of the items, this is non-negotiable, please do not ask me to claim otherwise on any forms!
