This carnival ballet beauty is made from striped cottons, with beautifully textured cotton corduroy. Two big hoops encased in fabric, with bendable, but sturdy, wire. Bend it as needed, and easily bend it back to shape. It features a drawstring waistband for adjustable comfort, and metal rings on the ends for that added touch, and for potential customization. 
Photos definitely do not do this justice...I wish I had the space to truly show the true potential of this beauty!

Waistband measures apx. 30-38" (can be tied tighter with the drawstring)
